Andorra Trips - Tourist Information Hotels and Holiday Reservations

Andorra is a small country, situated over only 468 square kilometers and has a population of around seventy thousand inhabitants. And although that is less people than these visiting Barcelona’s “Nou Camp” stadium every week, Andorra has much to offer to its visitors, especially for the snow sports lovers during the winter season, when tourists overwhelm the country. Nestled in the beautiful eastern Pyrenees between Spain and France, the tiny country of Andorra is a land of picturesque narrow valleys and spectacular mountainous landscapes. The country is separated in 7 territorial entities named Parishes and each parish has its own Comu or municipal council. Most of the towns, villages and hamlets are located along the major road that crosses Andorra. There is no railway or airport in Andorra, but the roads are very good and there is also a helicopter service if you would like to have a look at the country from a bird-eye. Some settlements off the main road, are even more un-spoilt, and offer magnificent views across of the countryside.
